Can you give me more information about the WAVEpresents Series?
All the MAPS coaching programs are designed to deliver high quality and relevant coaching to participants. The WAVEpresents series is FREE and designed to provide convenient access to a wide range of industry leaders who will be presenting skill-specific coaching, along with conversational sessions related to current events.
If I sign up for a seminar, am I registered for the series?
No. Because each seminar is on a different topic and seating is limited, you must register for each session.
How often are the seminars and what if cannot attend the webinar when it is broadcasted?
The seminars will take place approximately every three to four weeks. We recommend attending the live session to get the most from the experience – especially the round table discussions. However sessions are recorded, including the interactive question and answer elements. Registrants who miss a session will be able to view the session at their convenience.
What do you mean that the webinars are interactive?
During the live broadcasts, the leaders of the discussions will take questions from the audience either via phone or email. Responses will be shared with the audience. For the re-broadcasted option, questions and answers will be recorded at the end of each webinar so that all participants don’t miss out on the questions and answers covered during the live seminars.
What is the format of each webinar?
Each webinar/seminar will be approximately 60 minutes in length. They will include a powerpoint presentation component with live audio. The presentations will be presented by industry leaders. Some webinars will feature two industry leaders in a discussion format addressing important topics and useful strategies. In both formats, questions will be taken from the audience for discussion.
